We are proud to announce that we are about to get started on a new residential care home development in Faringdon, Oxfordshire.
The project includes the completion of extensive cut and fill work, installation of foundations and all services including external and internal drainage. In addition, we will carry out the building of 4m high retaining wall structures as well as completing the associated external works and landscaping package across the site.
The work, to carried out on behalf of our client, Deeley Group, will see the design and build of 60 extra care units within a 3-storey building, and will include the development of communal areas, a new access road, car parking, installation of all associated services and the external landscaping works.
