Our very own project manager, Darren Griffiths, will be taking part in a white collar boxing match hosted by WCF Coventry on Sunday 30th October at the Ryton on Dunsmore Sports Connexion.
Darren will be fighting to help spread awareness for mental health, focusing particularly on that of men’s mental health, and will be collecting donations for charity up until the day the match commences.
Alongside this, M&T Midlands are proud to announce that Darren has a CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health, as well as First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the workplace.
All proceeds and funds raised from this event will go to Coventry and Warwickshire Mind to aid the spread of mental health awareness.
There is also a possibility that Darren will be facing one of his close friends, Gareth Collins, when he competes in the ring.
