Towards the end of last year, M&T Midlands were awarded the groundworks package for 6 plots of land at Northend, Southam, to aid the construction phase of new residential housing for our valued clients, Grevayne Properties.
As of March 2023, the first lot of materials and equipment have started to arrive on site, in preparation of work to begin for the first stages of drainage installtion.
We are very much looking forward to getting stuck in and observing the development of this new project.
